The " Portico " flat is in the first floor of the "barchessa", exactly over the " Mezà " flat, therefore very well enlighted by the sun and with a delightful view on the garden and the pond.
The flat includes a kitchenette and dining room; a double bed room (it is possible to have two distinct beds); a bathroom with shower; a small sitting-room equipped with a sofa bed for two people, TV, magazines and books for reading and relaxing.
The two flats "Mezà" and "Portico" can use outside, under the Barchessa, a table, some chairs and benches for dining.
